Construction Foreman

Job Description We are seeking a Construction Foreman to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation and must have experience in civil construction including earthwork, excavation, storm/sewer/waterline installation.Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.Competitive pay, benefits, rRate depends on Experience.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction projectSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsMaintain high standards of workmanship and safety that adhere to original plans and specificationsQualifications:Previous experience in construction management or other related fieldsMust have experience with storm, sewer & waterline installation and dirtworkRead blueprintsStrong leadership qualitiesDeadline and detail-orientedKnowledge of OSHA and safety regulationsMust submit a detailed resume including work history and referencesConstruction foreman will also have use of a company vehicle.
