DescriptionJob Summary: Transportation Account Executives work closely with Commercial Lines Sales Executives and our carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 |Duties/ResponsibilitiesMarket new and renewal business to carriers, independently and with Sales ExecutivesBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teamsDevelop strategies for new business and renewals in partnership with Sales ExecutivesPrepare proposals and renewal summaries using AMS360Ensure accuracy of all documentation and maintain confidentialityDeliver exceptional service, including endorsements, proof of insurance, and coverage inquiriesMaintain detailed records in the agency management system and adhere to SOPs and best practicesPosition RequirementsPosition RequirementsStrong PC skills, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency's management systems and Microsoft software products, and carrier resourcesAbility to work within a fast-paced, changing environmentPro-active, with the initiative to prioritize and meet deadlinesAbility to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writingExcellent interpersonal skillsHigh-level customer service, organization, and attention to detailAbility to function well in a high-paced, and at times, stressful environmentProfessional and positive attitudeTeam player that collaborates well with othersEducation And ExperienceActive Property and Casualty Insurance Producer LicenseAbout the Organization Dimond Bros.
