Gameday Box Office AssociateThe Gameday Box Office Associate will serve as a front-line representative for the Long Beach Coast, delivering outstanding customer service while assisting fans with ticket purchases, event information, and game day support. This role is ideal for an organized, energetic, and fan-focused individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in professional sports ticketing and game operations.Responsibilities:Sell tickets to the general public using the team's ticketing platform (Vivenu)Assist guests at the box office and will call windowsResolve ticketing issues and provide customer support in a professional mannerDeliver a safe, clean, and welcoming fan experienceAnswer questions regarding events, schedules, seating, and ticket optionsFollow all operational policies and box office proceduresGreet guests with a friendly and positive attitudeFamiliarize yourself with event details, promotions, VIP access, and credentialsMaintain efficient guest flow during high-volume periodsProvide general ballpark information including directions, restroom locations, merchandise areas, and exitsAssist with additional projects and duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious experience working with Vivenu or another ticketing system preferredPrior customer service or event experience is a plusSkills & Abilities:Dependable and able to work scheduled shiftsPositive attitude and strong team-first mentalityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailService-oriented with the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysWhy You'll Love Working with the Long Beach Coast:Be part of launching and building a new professional baseball franchiseGain hands-on experience across ticketing, customer service, and game day operationsWork in a collaborative, community-focused sports environmentBuild valuable experience within professional baseball and live eventsJoin a passionate team focused on creating memorable fan experiencesInnovation Baseball Partners and the Long Beach Coast are equal opportunity employers.
