We are looking for junior analysts who are looking to start their career in the semiconductor industry! This is a role that analyzes the manufacturing process and identifies issues with the process.
Job Description:
Your main responsibilities include:
You'll be responsible for ensuring that all the machines involved in microchip processing are working effectively and efficiently.
Watch computer screens to keep track of machines and chips, ensuring everything flows smoothly.
When alarms go off, you quickly follow steps to fix problems or figure out new solutions for tricky ones.
Work with engineers and your team to enhance processing and keep production stable.
The ability to multitask, including, checking microchips, alerts, and machines to keep everything on schedule.
Work in a high-tech "Command Center" or sometimes in a special "Clean Room" suit to protect the chips.
Ability to learn and adapt new ways to make chips and help improve processes.
The ability to reliably follow instructions and train new teammates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:
A high school diploma or equivalent or equivalent
Must be able to work with computers extensively while remaining sedentary in an office environment throughout the shift.
Able to operate computer and system interface programs to ensure appropriate computing and analysis of production information.
Able to follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks and required documentation.
Able to work on a compressed work week schedule including night shift.
Typical shift is 12 hours long, alternating between three and four days every other week including breaks.
May be required to work evenings or weekends!
