Market ResearchAbout the RoleThe Company is in search of a Chief of Interventional Radiology to lead and expand its dynamic academic IR program. The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical coverage of the angiography/interventional radiology service, instructing medical students and residents, and pursuing academic and research interests. This role involves defining standards of practice, building subspecialty programs, and strengthening the teaching and research missions within the medical college. The Chief of IR will also be instrumental in recruiting and developing faculty, and will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver world-class care. The position offers a leadership opportunity at a major university with growth potential and academic rank.Applicants for the Chief of Interventional Radiology position at the company must have an MD or DO degree, be ABR Certified, and fellowship-trained with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Interventional Radiology. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Interventional Radiology, at the level of associate or full professor, is required, along with a demonstrated record of leadership and academic experience. The ideal candidate will be a charismatic leader and teacher, with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, and mentorship.
