This opportunity is a full-time position for Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays in Lake Worth, TX. Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients with the completion of required paperwork Educate patients on wellness offerings and services Sell the Wellness Plan Membership or Visit Package that is best suited to the patient's treatment plan according to the doctor's recommendation Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate Manage clinic phone calls Participate in marketing opportunities to help the clinic build new patient counts Manage daily clinic operations including ensuring it's clean and that inventory is stocked Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner Provide the highest levels of customer service Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and decorum at all times Requirements: - Previous experience in a medical office or dental office setting is highly preferred - Strong knowledge of membership/package sales - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
