Job PostingJob Overview: We are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated individual to join our team at Mixed Staffing and Recruiting. You will be loading machines with bars, starting the machine, inspecting parts to a conformance, and over time will be able to make adjustments in order to ensure good quality parts are being run. We will provide training and a development path.RequirementsQualification Requirements:Experience with Acme Gridley machines2 years of machine operating experienceAbility to read blueprints and schematicsExperience in a dirty work environmentMechanical aptitudeProficiency in using micrometers and calipersPreferable, but not required: high school diploma or equivalentMechanical aptitude and willingness to get hands dirty is a mustUnderstanding the manufacturing environment and auto mechanics is helpfulMinimum Physical Requirements:Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Due to the environment, the following are required: hearing protection, slip resistant shoes and eye protection.
