Forklift Operator Night Shift

Atlantic Staffing Consultants is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join our team on the Night Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM). This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment with a reputable company after a successful probationary period.Key Responsibilities of Night Shift Forklift Operator:Operate forklifts safely and efficientlyLoad and unload materials onto and off of semi-trailersPick up baled materials and stack non-skidded materialsPerform physical labor including stacking pallets and cutting bands from bales or skidded palletsFollow all safety procedures and company policiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWork collaboratively with team members to meet nightly production goalsRequirements of Night Shift Forklift Operator:Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience preferredAbility to safely sit and operate equipment for extended periodsAbility to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as requiredComfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment, including moving in and out of the warehouse to load and unload materialsExposure to hot summer and cold winter conditionsStrong attendance record with flexibility to work overtime or weekends as neededAbove-average communication and teamwork skillsSteel-toed boots required on the first day of workSuccessful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check (criminal and employment verification)Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify used)Pay & Schedule of Night Shift Forklift Operator:Starting Pay: $19/hour (weekly pay!)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AMOvertime and weekends as requiredDirect-hire eligibility after 700 hoursWhy Join Atlantic Staffing Consultants?Competitive starting pay with weekly paychecksOpportunity for long-term employmentHands-on experience operating industrial equipmentCareer growth potentialEqual Employment Opportunity StatementAtlantic Staffing Consultants is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
