About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientedMechanical Electrical Assembler to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will help service and assemble the next generation of robotic systems within client`s Labs.You will support the assembly and buildout of production hardware and approved test platforms by following released work instructions and build documentation.Your focus will be on completing repeatable, high-quality assemblies and subassemblies that meet defined requirements for internal use and customer delivery.You’ll work alongside manufacturing, hardware, and service engineering teams to assemble electromechanical systems and vehicle components, report build issues, and support integration and testing activities.This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys hands-on production work in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in building reliable, consistent hardware through disciplined execution. You're excited about this opportunity because you will…Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical production units and subassemblies according to released drawings, work instructions, and build documentationPerform repeatable production builds of wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and electro-mechanical integrations to defined quality standardsInstall and connect compute, control, power, and sensor systems following established proceduresConduct prescribed functional tests, inspections, and basic calibration steps to verify build completeness and quality Identify build defects, missing components, or out-of-spec conditions and escalate issues to manufacturing or engineering leadsRework or repair production units as directed using approved processes and documentationMaintain organized workstations, tools, and production materials to support efficient throughput Support kitting, material handling, and inventory accuracy for production buildsFollow ESD, safety, and quality requirements during all assembly and test activitiesAccurately record build status, serial numbers, and production data in tracking systemsAssist with factory integration, final assembly, and shipment preparation as neededProvide feedback on work instructions and tooling to improve clarity and repeatability We're excited about you because you have…A minimum of 2 year experience in a manufacturing or similar environment, such as aerospace, construction, automotive, or electrical service industriesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawing and schematics Safely use hand tools, power tools, hydraulic and pneumaticsThis role is mainly on-site and on occasion in the field which requires work in non-climate-controlled environments and inclement weather if required or if applicableWork in a stimulating, demanding, and rapidly advancing environment at the forefront of technological innovation Basic English skills - ability to read and understand written instructions and effectively communicate verbally Preferred experience includes…The Assembler is tasked with a broad scope of work within a fast-moving manufacturing floor, with a primary focus on completing the final product buildConnect wires between individual component leads, connectors, terminals, and contact pointsPerform electrical wire terminationsExecute the process of cutting wires to required specifications, followed by routing, managing, bundling, and firmly securing them at the terminal connections Disassemble, modify, rework, refurbish, and reassemble components as requiredPerform tasks requiring knowledge of various processes, operations, and equipmentProduce electrical or electro-mechanical sub-assemblies by following specifications laid out in engineering prints, diagrams for wiring, lists of components, wire inventories, preliminary sketches, and direct verbal instructionThe role frequently requires walking, extending arms and hands for reach, bending, stooping, kneeling, and low-level movementRegularly required to ascend stairs, steps, and use vertical laddersFrequently required to work on elevated platforms Perform work overhead Occasionally lift and move at most 40 poundsEssential vision capabilities include clear close-up and distance vision, color differentiation, peripheral viewing, depth perception, and the ability to maintain focus.
