LPN Team Lead Clinical Coordinator II - Health Centers - Full Time

The Clinical Coordinator II reports to the Director of Clinical Services and is a Licensed Practical Nurse employed by Erlanger Health System. The Clinical Coordinator II is responsible for supervision of all clinical staff members in an Erlanger-owned physician practice. This position oversees the various clinical and patient flow activities of the physician office. In addition, this position provides direct and indirect patient care under to support practice physicians. - Supervises and/or performs all patient triaging functions- Serves as lead OSHA representative.- Responsible for maintaining Joint Commission compliance standards in all clinical areas, including completely quarterly auditing reports- Works with the Practice Manager and Director of Clinical Services in establishment of yearly clinical budgets- Responsible for financial and cost effective management and stocking of clinical supplies, medications, and equipment- Maintains appropriate charge levels for patient evaluatio...Clinical, Team Lead, Coordinator, Health, Clinic, LPN, Healthcare
