Sales Representative - Maintenance

Reports to: General Manager of Maintenance/COO Based at: Aurora Corporate Office Key responsibilities & Accountabilities: Develop new maintenance sales through new client relationships. This position is sales driven with clear goals set by upper management. Duties and Tasks: Sell new maintenance contract sales through development of new customer relationships. Pursue new customers along the Front Range of Colorado from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. Work closely with Account Managers to build internal relationships. Meet sales goals set by department managers. Use Aspire and Property Intel software to bid maintenance and enhancement opportunities. Find, reserve, set up and attend appropriate trade shows and events. Maintain memberships to appropriate associations and committees. Help develop new marketing campaigns for maintenance, construction, and snow removal. Be present in the office to assist account managers and operations managers daily. Attend weekly sales meetings with General Manager and COO. Maintain a detailed CRM using the Aspire software with all current and potential sales information. Work Requirements: Commercial sales experience necessary. Must be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on sales and profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Professional, credible, and comfortable in dealing with business owners, property managers and company executives. Able to get along with others and be a team player. Must be an excellent communicator. Understands basic landscape maintenance methods and procedures. Able to write professional correspondence appropriate for all management levels. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with Aspire is a plus. Able to work extended hours on occasion when required. Must be able to lift a maximum of 25 lbs. Must have current, valid, insurable driving record. Total Sales Compensation: Annual range of $50,000.00 to $120,000.00 includes Salary, Commission and Bonus.
