Availability during standard business hours is required.What You’ll DoProcess customer orders accurately using EDI and ERP systems Act as a primary contact for assigned customers, responding to questions and supporting issue resolutionHelp manage customer orders from receipt through deliveryTrack and support service metrics such as OTIFAssist in researching order issues, billing questions, and customer concernsCommunicate customer feedback to internal teams and support collaborationMaintain accurate records, documentation, and order detailsLearn products, warehouses, and production workflowsSupport reports and special projects while developing core business skillsQualifications: RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.2+ years of experience in customer service, customer operations, sales support, account coordination, or supply chain support.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.Preferred:Experience in food manufacturing, CPG, ingredient, or B2C industries.Ability to travel for customer events
