Perform patient histories, physical exams, and clinical assessments Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications in accordance with NYS guidelines Perform minor procedures and manage acute and chronic conditions Review labs, imaging, and patient communications with timely follow-up Coordinate referrals and ongoing care needs Participate in outreach programs, quality initiatives, and team collaborationWhat You Bring Active New York State PA license and DEA certification Board Certified (or eligible, with certification within 18 months) Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care Commitment to teamwork, patient-centered care, and community healthJoin a team where your work truly matters.At Oak Orchard Health, you’ll be empowered to grow your career while making a real difference in the lives of the communities we serve.
