Vui Ve is expanding to North Hollywood and we are looking to hire for all positions at our new restaurant! We are located on 11040 Magnolia Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91601. Schedule is done quarterly, routined weekly and does not change.*** *** Experience preferred but not required. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, a self-starter, and hard-worker.*** Responsibilities Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.) Cook food in various utensils or grillers Check food while cooking to stir or turn Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Check the quality of ingredients Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages Qualifications Strong attention to detail Follows directions and instructions Able to work as a team member Able to meet all scheduling commitments Able to anticipate the needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs We are looking forward to hearing from you.
