Sheet Metal Shop Worker

RAM Specialty Fabrications is seeking a well-rounded Sheet Metal Fabrication Technician with experience in a sheet metal manufacturing environment. This position involves a mix of assembly, spot welding, hardware insertion, press brake operation, light machining, grinding, deburring, operating a Timesaver, and breaking out parts. We are looking for someone dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in multiple areas of production. Responsibilities: Assembly of fabricated sheet metal parts Spot welding and hardware insertion Press brake operation Light machining Grinding and deburring Operating Timesaver equipment Breaking out laser-cut or punched parts Inspecting work for quality and accuracy Supporting production where needed Requirements: Experience in sheet metal fabrication Ability to work in multiple areas of production Strong work ethic and attention to detail Competitive pay based on experience Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
