You will operate as the leader of field execution in the Stamford market, working closely with management while managing day-to-day operations. -->WHAT YOU'LL DO Respond to water, fire, and mold damage losses Inspect, scope, and write estimates (Xactimate) Close jobs and earn commission on approved work Manage projects from first notice of loss through completion Lead technicians while working hands-on when needed Oversee extraction, drying, demolition, and remediation Monitor job progress, documentation, and drying logs Ensure job profitability and performance Communicate with customers, adjusters, and internal team Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job readiness Participate in on-call rotation -->REQUIREMENTS Required 3+ years water mitigation / restoration experience Experience leading technicians in the field Experience writing and closing jobs (Xactimate or similar) Ability to operate independently and manage projects Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver’s license Preferred IICRC WRT (ASD, AMRT, FSRT a plus) Experience in project management or leadership roles Background in construction or trades Experience managing job profitability -->ABOUT THE COMPANY All Dry Services of Connecticut helps property owners solve water, fire, and mold damage challenges quickly and effectively.
