The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide patient care in a 16-bed MedSurg/Tele unit. Collaborate with healthcare team to perform post-surgical care. Document patient information accurately using Cerner charting system. Successfully pass a dysrhythmia exam within two attempts. Participate in weekend rotations and holiday staffing. Float between Laveen and Mesa facilities as needed.QualificationsCurrent RN license; must be submitted with application. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. Completion of a pass/fail Sim Lab on Day 1 of orientation. Willingness to travel and float to sister facilities. Ability to work 7p-7a shifts with every other weekend required.
