🚨 Now Hiring: Senior Accountant – M&A (Remote Contract) 🚨We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant with strong M&A / ASC 805 experience for a fully remote consulting engagement. This is a hands-on role supporting acquisition integration and financial reporting.🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:• Lead acquisition accounting under ASC 805• Establish opening balance sheets for acquired entities• Split P&L between pre- and post-acquisition periods• Prepare journal entries to onboard acquired entities into the GL• Develop pro forma financial statements for combined entities• Map acquired company accounts to the company’s chart of accounts• Align SKUs between acquired entities and internal systems✅ What We’re Looking For:• Strong experience with M&A Accounting / ASC 805• Sage Intacct expertise (required)• Proven ability to work through complex integrations and data mapping• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills💼 Details:• Remote contract opportunity• Immediate need• High-impact role working directly on acquisition integration
