At A GlanceAs a Web Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the digital experience for one of the world's most recognized technology brands. Your work will directly influence how millions of visitors engage with motorola.com across North America, helping turn meaningful experiences into measurable business results. You'll partner closely with a dynamic, cross-functional group—including Creative, Media, Social, CRM, Ecommerce, and Integrated Marketing (Analytics & Operations)—to design and execute website strategies that drive performance. We're looking for a highly analytical, curious marketer who enjoys connecting insights to action and thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you'll take ownership of our affiliate marketing efforts, ensuring programs, processes, and on-site strategies are optimized to drive sales and growth. What you do every day will have a visible impact on the company's success—supporting company growth, strengthening brand reputation, and fueling innovation as we continue to evolve our digital presence.This is a hybrid role, which will require you to work at the Merchandise Mart office in Chicago 2-3 days per week.Minimum PayUSD $55,000.00/Yr.Maximum PayUSD $60,000.00/Yr.What We OfferBiweekly payHealth and wellness benefits plansFlexible vacation and holiday policiesPaid parental leave401(k) with employer matchingReferral bonusOpportunity to work with a growing company that actively rewards and promotes its employeeWhat You'll DoOwn the daily management of the Affiliate program Act as the main brand contact for Affiliate Marketing partner(s)/agencyMonitor channel performance and optimize publisher/partners accordinglyFacilitate proper partner commissioning through monitoring of returns, cancellations, and sales inquiriesManage and optimize program elements (copy, creatives, offers) to improve conversion and partner performanceConsistently collaborates with the e-commerce sales team on structuring offers that drive efficient salesSupport regular cadence reporting needs of the channelHelp manage the consumer journey on brand websites and make recommendations to further optimize the site Conduct regular site audits to ensure proper website functionality, and work with internal team members to resolve any issuesAccurately maintain website elements, including promotional calendar, design briefs, and other multi-stakeholder timelines to ensure website healthCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support an effective website User Experience for new and existing productsSupport consumer reviews experience on the website through proper third-party tool integration, product listings, and results monitoringIdentify opportunities to improve conversion, UX, and revenue performance across the websiteBuild strong relationships with Motorola's key internal teams and appropriate vendorsStay current on trends, technologies, and tools to inform planning and website innovationWhat You'll BringExperience and Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field2+ years in digital marketing or ecommerce, product marketing, or related rolesExperience with affiliate marketing and sales-generating tactics for websitesProficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Microsoft/Google Workspace, Google AnalyticsExperience with CJ or Impact (Affiliate Platforms), ContentsquareSkills and Attributes:Demonstrate a sense of urgency, accountability, and ownershipStrong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple complex, fast-moving deliverables and deadlinesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to think strategically while also managing detailed executionAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-makingPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
