In this role, you will lead the implementation and support of signalling firewall and roaming solutions, working closely with international clients and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, remote environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the deployment, configuration, and integration of signalling firewall and roaming solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and testing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across signalling and roaming systems. Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, system configurations, and support procedures. Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met while upholding high-quality standardsRequired QualificationsProven experience in signalling firewall, roaming solutions, or telecom integration projects. Strong knowledge of SS7, Diameter, and related signalling protocols. Hands-on experience with deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of telecom network solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working in a global remote team. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred. Preferred QualificationsExperience working with international carriers and multi-vendor environments. Familiarity with cloud-based signalling solutions and network security best practices.
