Growing together.Primary ResponsibilitiesAnalyze data, evaluate for possible data integrity and data deficits and document findingsAnalyze and trend HEDIS/STAR rates, identify barriers to improvement of rates and create interpretive exhibitsObtains quality detail report and flags patient's charts with the missing measuresWorks closely with local leadership to execute quality strategiesSupports and assists PCPs/clinics with quality data collectionProvides reports and monitors performance at local levelEngages PCP and clinic staff in developing strategies to close quality gapsSupports and improves communication between market and corporate departmentsMaintains education/knowledge base of HEDIS/STARs standards and guidelinesPerforms all other related duties as assignedYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required QualificationsHigh school graduate or GED Completion of a Medical Assistant program, or Military Medic program Proficient using Microsoft office applications, including databases, word-processing, and excel spreadsheetProficiency in medical terminology and patient safety procedures Proven solid communication skills to translate and communicate medical information clearly to patients and colleaguesPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20 - $36 per hour based on full-time employment.
