Position Overview:We are seeking reliable and highly motivated attendants to join our team. We are willing to train, and experience is preferred but not necessary. The Attendant will be responsible for maintaining our premises' cleanliness and overall appearance, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees, guests, and visitors. The candidate must have excellent attention to detail, work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high-quality cleaning standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine housekeeping tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, mirrors, and surfacesClean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, walls, and fixtures, to ensure cleanliness and hygieneRestock restroom supplies, such as soap, toilet paper, and hand sanitizerEmpty trash receptacles, replace liners and dispose of waste material in designated areasMaintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, such as lobbies, corridors, meeting rooms, and break roomsClean and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furniture using appropriate cleaning agents and toolsMonitor and report any damages, repairs, or maintenance requirements to the supervisorFollow established safety protocols and ensure the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and suppliesCollaborate with other team members and departments to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of janitorial servicesAssist with special cleaning projects or tasks as assigned.Qualifications:Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.Be able to carry up to 50 poundsAbility to go up and down stairs multiple times a day.Able to be on your feet for 8 hours at a timeFlexibility AM, PM, weekends, and holidays as required.Pay: $17.00All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
