Quality Inspector

Qualifications2 years experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role in manufacturing or metal fabrication preferred.Strong understanding of measurement tools and dimensional inspection techniques: Calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and other inspection instruments. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.Good documentation and communication skills.High attention to detail and commitment to product accuracy.Ability to work independently and efficiently.Must be able to operate a forkliftResponsibilitiesPerform in-process and final inspections of materials and manufactured parts.Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and other inspection instruments.Maintain accurate and complete quality records, reports, and documentation.Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work orders.Identify and document non-conformances; communicate issues to supervisors and production staff.Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold all company quality and safety standards.Work collaboratively with machine operators, welders, and supervisors to resolve quality issues.
