Genevieve site.Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including facility reservations and communicationsSupport training initiatives by analyzing LMS data and identifying training needsMaintain accurate training records and documentation in the LMS systemTrack attendance and ensure completion of required training programsGenerate and review training reports, sharing insights with leadershipAssist with training plans and grant-related reporting activitiesAudit training materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with standardsSupport additional training and administrative tasks as neededRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1-3+ years of experience in a training coordination, administrative, or similar roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft OfficeEffective written and verbal communication skillsValid driver's licensePreferred QualificationsExperience working with a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably KPAAbility to analyze data and generate actionable insightsStrong time management and prioritization skillsAbility to work independently while supporting cross-functional teamsThe Fine PrintBenefits and perquisites may vary based on the nature and location of each job.Click here for MLC EEO informationAbout MLCMLC, headquartered in St. Louis, Mo., is a leading global supplier of high-calcium lime products and technical solutions.
