Job SummaryOur client is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to deliver quality healthcare within an ambulatory care setting. The primary responsibilities include providing wound care, administering medications and vaccines, taking blood draws, assisting with hygiene needs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to navigate addiction medicine services.Responsibilities / Job DutiesProvide wound care.Administer medications and vaccines.Perform blood draws and monitor vitals.Assist patients with hygiene needs.Assist in navigating addiction medicine services.Interact with case managers and licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs).Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs).Care for approximately 6 patients per shift in a facility with about 20 beds.Minimum Education and Experience Qualification RequirementsEducationLVN license required and CPR/BLS certification.QualificationsExperience working with the homeless or individuals under addiction protocols is beneficial.Street medicine experience is preferred.Schedule / Shift (able to choose which one works best for you)1 day shift: Friday - Tuesday, 7am-4pm1 night shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-8amBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement (company matches 401k), PT
