Warehouse ManagerWe are looking for a sharp, data-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee operations for a major telecommunications infrastructure project in Alaska. You'll be the heartbeat of our local logistics, ensuring that equipment and materials move efficiently to support large-scale broadband deployment. This isn't just about moving boxes; we need someone who uses data to optimize workflows and can provide top-tier service to our external customers.Key responsibilities include:Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and fleet coordination.Directly interface with external customers and partners to ensure project timelines are met.Execute technical workflows, specifically managing nodesplit logistics and equipment distribution.Maintain meticulous records and utilize data analytics to track KPIs and warehouse performance.Ensure the facility operates safely and stays organized in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally within the telecommunications or utility sectors.Ability to use metrics to drive decisions and improve efficiency.Comfortable and professional when dealing with external stakeholders.Familiarity with telecommunications deployment processes (experience with nodesplit is a major plus).Ability to work an 8:00 AM 4:00 PM schedule, including Saturdays.Local to Alaska or willing to relocate for this on-site role.
