Through observation, reflection, and responsive teaching, they cultivate the foundational skills and dispositions that sustain learning from preschool through the elementary years.Position OverviewWe seek a reflective and collaborative early childhood educator who leads the design of developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences grounded in inquiry and responsive teaching. This educator contributes meaningfully to a unified, evolving preschool program and partners with colleagues to ensure coherence in language, routines, and instructional practices.
