The BusinessLoan Administrator supports the administration and servicing of theBanks commercial loan portfolio by providing operations, administrative,and customer support to Business Banking Officers and commercial lendingcustomers. This role is responsible for assisting with loandocumentation, loan closing coordination, portfolio maintenance,exception tracking, collateral documentation, and ongoing loan servicingactivities while ensuring compliance with applicable bankingregulations, internal policies, and procedures.Business Loan Administrators serve as a key point of contact forcustomers, internal departments, and external partners by deliveringresponsive, accurate, and professional service.ScheduleFull-Time, Mon Fri, 8:00am 5:00pmKey Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by professionally responding toverbal and written communications with customers, accounting firms,participant banks, and other departments within BNC National Bank,as necessary. Prepare and maintain accurate loan files, documentation, databases,and electronic records while ensuring confidentiality and dataintegrity. Process and maintain loan transactions, payments, payoffs, amountadjustments, and related operational activities in accordance withbank policies and procedures. Input and retrieve data on applicable software applications (e.g.Xperience and LoanVantage). Gather, review, and maintain due diligence documentation, includingfinancial statements, credit reports, title work, appraisals, taxdocumentation, and other loan-related materials. Complete requests for information relating to file documentation andloan requirements, including lien searches, flood certifications,real estate appraisal engagement letters, and other filedocumentation as required. Assist with preparation of loan approval memorandums, denied andwithdrawn loan notices, classification changes, real estateappraisal engagement letters, and other routine loan administrationcommunications. Collaborate with internal departments to support organizationalobjectives. Perform daily operational tasks accurately and within establishedtimelines. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, andapplicable regulations.
