Build your construction and leadership experience with HouseSmart Construction by applying for our Crew Chief In Training today!What You'll Be Doing:Help safely lead and move along various residential construction projects with responsibilities includingConstantly push and make sure the job is as safe as possible.Help teams in everchanging, daily projects with responsibilities such as grading land, leveling homes, transporting large loads, roofing, and other hands-on, construction tasks.Help teams in everchanging, daily projects with responsibilities such as site and foundation planning and construction, finishing homes on site, transporting equipment, framing, roofing, and other hands-on, construction tasks.Leading teams by example by jumping in and working to quickly learn quality; by showing dedication to learning and growing; and by always having a positive and coaching-focused attitudeAlways looking ahead, anticipating needs of the team and project, and problem solvingWhen You'll Be Doing It:Full-time, Monday through FridayPay:$55,000/yr+ based on experiencePaid weeklyWhat Could Make You a Great Fit:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.You have 4+ years of various construction experience.
