Restaurant Server

Consider applying today if you are punctual, responsible, and enjoy interacting with others!Responsibilities:Actively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to get a thorough knowledge of all goods, services, and facility operationsWelcome customers upon arrival and promptly seat them, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve meals, and meet any special requirements or requestsReceive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errorsEstablish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to respond to client inquiries and make recommendationsComplete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructedQualifications:Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentalityPossesses strong, organizational and time management skillsEducational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificationPrevious experience working in food service is preferredDisplay excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkersAbout Company:ECWI Hospitality locations are managed by GF Hotels and Resorts.
