IT Project Manager Irvine, CA Job Summary We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in managing application development projects. Duties & Responsibilities • Responsibilities will include providing project management leadership, as well as establishing and maintaining outstanding project management tools and practices for quality-based initiatives. • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for application- related projects. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. • Strong experience with Scrum methodology, Scrum master certification is preferred. • Ensure application projects follow SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) • Provide executive-level reporting (dashboards, presentations, project updates). • Communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers clearly to leadership. Requirements & Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent training, experience, and certification. • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager. • Familiarity with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR, finance, cloud/SaaS solutions). • Familiarity/ experience with Tools: JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar PM tools. 1 Evaluation Criteria • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to balance technical understanding with business priorities.
