Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Utopia Wellness Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our integrative care team in a calm, beautifully designed clinical environment. Position Overview The Massage Therapist provides therapeutic and lymphatic massage services to patients onsite, tailoring each session to individual needs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and care. This role supports the center’s mission of whole-person healing and works closely with a multidisciplinary medical team. Key Responsibilities Perform therapeutic and lymphatic massage services based on patient needs and treatment plans Create a welcoming, supportive experience for every patient Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room Properly clean and disinfect equipment and treatment areas Manage linens and massage therapy supplies Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and staff Perform all duties in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Utopia Wellness Center Qualifications Current Florida Massage Therapy License (required) CPR/AED certification (required) Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist Training or experience in lymphatic massage preferred Experience in a medical, chiropractic, or integrative clinic setting strongly preferred Working knowledge of basic medical terminology Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic, and professional demeanor Reliable work history and excellent professional references What We Offer Supportive, collaborative clinical environment Steady patient flow within an established wellness center Flexible part-time or contract scheduling Opportunity to be part of a mission-driven practice focused on true healing If you are passionate about helping patients heal, value meaningful work, and thrive in a professional holistic medical setting, we encourage you to apply.
