OverviewCTG is seeking to fill a Senior Implementation Manager – Electrical position for our client.Location: Richland, WADuration: 12 monthsKey Responsibilities Provide expert-level electrical technical oversight and governance for enterprise risk and capital/outage projectsValidate project execution readiness to ensure safe, high-quality, schedule-driven deliveryIdentify and mitigate execution, schedule, and outage critical path risksSupport outage planning and execution with focus on reducing critical path duration and cost exposureDevelop and evaluate business cases including financial modeling, ROI, cost-benefit, and risk analysisConduct operational and process analysis to identify performance and efficiency improvementsFacilitate stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication to drive alignment and approvalsOversee implementation of approved initiatives and track delivery against scope, cost, and scheduleDevelop and report key risk indicators (KRIs) and performance metrics for leadership decision-makingSupport continuous improvement of execution strategies, tools, and governance practicesRequired Skills Expert knowledge of electrical systems in complex industrial or utility environmentsStrong outage management, critical path scheduling, and project execution experienceAdvanced project/program management in high-reliability or regulated environmentsStrong financial analysis and business case development skillsExperience with human performance improvement and error reduction methodologiesExcellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication abilitiesStrong risk identification, mitigation, and operational analysis capabilitiesEducation & Experience 20+ years experience with Bachelor's degree, OR22+ years with Associate degree, OR24+ years with High School Diploma/GEDExtensive experience in complex capital projects, outages, or industrial operationsPMP certification requiredRO/SRO License or CGS Management Certification requiredExcellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.To Apply: To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
