Job SummaryHanford West High School NJROTC is seeking a highly motivated retired Navy, Marine or Coast Guard Officer (W2 - O5) to fill an immediate opening as the Senior Naval Science Instructor (SNSI). Retired enlisted applicants (E6 - E9) may also be considered. Duties include classroom instruction of Navy developed curriculum as well as program administrative functions. Involvement in afterschool and weekend unit activities is also required. This position offers a 12- month contract at Navy Minimum Instructor Pay (MIP) on a traditional school schedule. NJROTC certification is required and, if hired, the candidate must be willing to obtain the required ROTC credential.
