Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm PACE Center Manager Position Summary: The PACE Center Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the day center and the coordination of all care delivered to participants in the PACE Program. This includes the management of the Interdisciplinary Care Team as well as the oversight of the facility’s operations and related systems. PACE Center Manager Position Qualifications: RN with current RN licensure in the state of Kentucky. Minimum one (1) year experience working with the frail and elderly; previous experience with PACE, or in a home care or post-acute healthcare setting preferred. Strong understanding of geriatric patient population, underserved/underrepresented communities and the seriously ill, including the long-term care eligible population. Must possess strong financial and budget management skills and demonstrate ability to build effective teams. Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and make independent decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and community stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must maintain valid CPR certification. Food handling permit required, to be completed upon hire.
