You will work independently, lead both programs and projects of all sizes, analyze data, and recommend solutions to address project risks, maintain progress reports, and drive accountability in the commitment to meet our business objectives. As a member of our Global PMO you will be a part of the unifying force that makes an impact at the Project, Program and Process levels.Key ResponsibilitiesLead work with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall objectivesReview options, identify potential solutions and propose resolution to project risk to ensure the successful completion of projectsPartner with Product Management and Marketing teams to understand the strategic intent and work with our Program Managers and development teams to support the business scopeUtilizing Risk Management, you equip your team for known issues with potential parallel paths to allow them to address unknown risks in a way that does not impact our time to market. Track and manage project budgetsLead key milestone deliverables and phase gate reviews Identify and execute on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and qualityIdentify process gaps, solutions to those gaps and support process improvementBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree5+ years’ experience in project/program management role.3+ years’ experience in a project/program management role managing consumer products from conceptualization through delivery, on time and on budget.ORHigh School or Equivalent10+ years of project/program management experience5+ years’ experience in a project/program management role managing consumer products from conceptualization through delivery, on time and on budget.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, or Industrial Design OR equivalent experience desired.Experience working with domestic and global manufacturing Experience working with globally distributed and diverse project teamsPMP Certification, CSM or other Agile/Scrum experience is beneficialWorking understanding of regulatory requirements for safety-based productCommunicate effectively with senior/executive leadershipTravel up to 15%Compensation And BenefitsIndividuals may be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
