Thermal & Mechanical Engineer (Modules)

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Own thermal and mechanical design of DPU modules, including cold-plate and liquid-cooling integration with the campus infrastructure. *What you'll do:* * Design module mechanical and thermal solutions * Run thermal simulation and bench characterization * Integrate liquid-cooling interfaces with facility teams * Own tolerance and fastening standards * Support manufacturing fixtures *What you'll bring:* * 4+ years thermal/mechanical design for electronics * CFD and bench thermal test experience * Liquid cooling experience valued * BSME Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
