The office is headquartered in Westport, CT with regional offices in New York City, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi.Position Summary:The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-touch candidate and new-hire experience from first interaction through onboarding. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role serves as an operational backbone of the recruiting process - supporting scheduling, maintaining real-time accuracy across recruiting systems, and partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Leads and hiring teams.You'll also play a key role in managing external recruiting partners, guiding agencies through vetting, NDAs, and initial fee discussions.
