Remote Training Developer - Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations
Role: Training Developer specializing in Electromagnetic Warfare, supporting the U.S. Army's training and operational readiness.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, plan, and deliver training documentation and activities, including US Army Training Support Packages (TSPs) for programs like NET and NEF.Collaborate with TRADOC and Army Futures Command to create requirements and supporting documentation.Coordinate and report on Soldier Touch Points, Technical Exchange Meetings, and After-Action Reviews.Ensure training materials meet doctrinal and operational standards.Utilize Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA for documentation and project management.Provide expert advice to improve training frameworks, processes, and content.QualificationsMaster’s Degree or equivalent experience.Top Secret/SCI clearance.Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Army Electromagnetic Warfare Soldier.Proven background in training development, requirement documentation, and supporting TSPs.Strong knowledge of Army training doctrine and procedures.Proficiency with Atlassian tools and excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage remote work effectively.
