CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

Our mission is to become an industry disruptor through operational excellence, strong leadership, and disciplined execution.Position OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial direction of the company during a critical season of growth and integration.This role is not just about managing numbers—it’s about building financial infrastructure, driving clarity in decision-making, and ensuring long-term scalability. The CFO will work closely with the CEO, leadership team, and department heads to align financial strategy with company vision.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth goals.Financial Leadership & Strategy: Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.Financial Leadership & Strategy: Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and leadership team.Financial Leadership & Strategy: Drive profitability through data-driven decision-making.Accounting & Financial Operations: Oversee all accounting functions (AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, etc.).Accounting & Financial Operations: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).Accounting & Financial Operations: Maintain strong internal controls and financial discipline.Accounting & Financial Operations: Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital structure.Process & System Development: Build scalable financial systems and reporting structures.Process & System Development: Align financial processes with ISO 9001:2015 standards.Process & System Development: Integrate financial workflows into ROS scorecards and meeting rhythms.Process & System Development: Support QB/ERP/CRM/Monday.com financial integrations.Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop the finance team (Accounting, Admin, etc.).Leadership & Team Development: Partner with department leaders to drive financial accountability.Leadership & Team Development: Support hiring, training, and performance management within finance.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.Compliance & Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or.5+ years of financial leadership experience (Controller, CFO, or similar).Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Experience building or improving financial systems and processes.Proven leadership experience managing teams.Preferred:CPA or MBA.Experience in construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, or distribution.Familiarity with EOS (Traction) or similar operating systems.Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or process-driven organizations.Experience in high-growth or scaling companiesKey Traits We ValueRadical Honesty – You tell the truth with clarity and courage.Common Sense Problem Solving – You simplify and execute.Act When You Know – You move with urgency and ownership.Delegate and Elevate – You build people and systems.Protect the Progress – You create sustainable, repeatable success.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Performance-based incentives.Opportunity to shape the financial future of a growing company.Leadership role with direct impact on company direction.Why Join Raskull Supply Co.?Be part of a company actively scaling across West Texas.Work directly with executive leadership to shape strategy.Build systems that will define the future of the organization.Lead during a season of real growth, integration, and opportunity.How to ApplySubmit your resume along with a brief statement outlining:Your experience building financial systems in growing companies, how you drive accountability across leadership teams, and a major financial challenge you solved and the outcome. #J-18808-Ljbffr
