About us Phase Three Brewing Company is a small business in Lake Zurich, IL and Elmhurst, IL. Our goal is to provide a world class bar experience.. Looking for outgoing, hard-working, and craft beer focused individuals to work a minimum of (4) shifts each week including weekends and holidays. This position will have a range of 22-29 hours a week with a work schedule from Thursday-Sunday's. Beertenders will work directly with our general manager and fellow team members to create a memorable taproom experience for our guests every day. The ideal candidate understands the mantra of “work hard, play hard” by working hard to create a guest experience that exceeds expectations as well as interacting well with fellow team members at phase three brewing co. tasks will include 5-8 hours shifts on your feet, completing daily sidework duties, maintaining an excellent knowledge of all phase three beers, and positive interactions with our guests. basset certifications are required to be considered for employment preferred: cicerone - certified beer server (level 1) physical requirements: lift 55 lbs. from ground to shoulder high. lift 110 lbs. from ground to waist high and moving 150 lbs. along the floor. work in a mildly temperature controlled environment (expect uncomfortably high temperatures in the summer months) read, write and calculate basic algebra Benefits (Requires full time employment) Flexible schedule Employee discount Paid training All newly hired employees undergo a 30-day probationary period to assess your performance and suitability for the position and organization.
