Insurance & Escrow Analyst

Job Summary: The Rental/Insurance Escrow Analyst is responsible for managing rental housing escrow accounts and overseeing the servicing of insurance policies within the rental housing portfolio. The role involves ensuring compliance with organizational standards by verifying insurance coverage, loan documentation, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Interpret loan documents, financial reports, and regulatory requirements. Manage escrow accounts and insurance policy servicing. Maintain compliance with organizational standards and housing finance programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in multifamily loan servicing, escrow administration, or housing finance operations. Knowledge of rental housing finance, escrow structures, and loan servicing practices. Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Pay: $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
