Lead end-to-end planning and execution of academic camps, including curriculum coordination, teacher management, budgeting, student recruitment, logistics, and on-site operations2. Manage and expand a US-based tutoring program: oversee tutor hiring, onboarding training, scheduling, pricing strategy, and parent communication3. Serve as a primary point of contact for families, providing guidance on academic planning and program selection4. Support students and families through US boarding school and college admissions processes, including interview preparation, strategic advising, campus tours coordination, and communication with schools5. Develop and manage selective academic or advising programs in partnership with schools, including application review and cohort selection6. Provide support during company marketing events7. Establish and maintain good service relationships with new/ existing students to achieve recruitment targets8. Provide timely feedback and suggestions qualitatively and quantitatively on theMarketing events and other related activities9. Identifying, developing, and managing partners in education and other related industries, including but not limited to schools, test prep institutions, enrichment course providers, etc.Requirements:1. Bachelor's or higher degree in any discipline from a reputable U.S. University.2. Mandarin proficiency is required. Able to liaise with Chinese-speaking students and parents3. Project a professional image with strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills4. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and work independently as well as in a team5. Familiar with social media and online tools6. Willingness to work flexibly and on weekends or when required7.
