DescriptionThe North American Stores organization is hiring an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, start-up organization. This person will support the Vice President of the US Prime & Marketing Team (UPMT) in Seattle, WA.This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.Key job responsibilitiesManage complex calendar and scheduling to support global teamCoordinate domestic and international travel for VPManage expense report coordination and submissionEmail Inbox ManagementOrganize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-team meetings, off-sites, and team social events)Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding mattersAct as Lead EA for UPMT EA teamAct as a liaison for VP's direct reportsWork closely with Biz Ops Manager, HR, Recruiting, and UPMT EAs to provide support to the organizationHelp develop & maintain new mechanisms within the teamAbout the teamUPMT includes US Prime, Marketing and Creative, Discovery Technology, and UX Design. The US Prime team is focused on delivering the most engaging, satisfying, and loved membership program by growing the member base and accelerating engagement with Prime benefits. The Marketing and Creative team helps customers discover and engage with new, popular, and relevant products across Amazon globally. The North America Stores Design team creates the user experience for shopping across categories and programs, which include Fashion, Consumer Electronics, Furniture, Beauty, and Consumables. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
