If you want to build something real and are willing to put in the work to get there, let's talk. *What You'll Be Doing* * Installing HVAC systems in new residential construction builds * *Running light commercial installs* — rooftop units, package units, commercial ductwork, and system layouts in small commercial spaces * Reading blueprints and specs for both residential and commercial jobs and executing them right the first time * Working alongside builders, GCs, and site supervisors to keep both residential and commercial projects on schedule * Adapting on the fly between residential and commercial job requirements — different codes, different equipment, same standard of excellence * Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe * Solving problems in the field when installs don't go exactly to plan *What You Bring* * 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC install experience * Solid background in residential new construction * *Real, hands-on light commercial install experience — not just familiarity* — comfortable working commercial equipment and systems, not just residential * Understanding of both residential and commercial codes and safety practices * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Can lift 50+ lbs and don't mind working outside in the elements * EPA certification is a plus but not a dealbreaker *Why Commercial Experience Matters Here* We're not just building houses — we're building a company that can handle any job that comes through the door, residential or commercial.
