Director of Capital OperationsHigh-Growth Family Office | Austin, TXRole OverviewWe are adding to our disciplined, high-performance Family Office supporting a complex portfolio of operating businesses, real estate, private investments, and specialty assets. We are seeking a high-agency, analytically rigorous operator to build and maintain integrated reporting systems for the Family Office and drive capital clarity across the platform. This is a build role. You will work directly with the President of the Family Office and the Principal to create institutional-grade visibility, performance tracking, and financial governance across all assets.Core ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a consolidated family balance sheet across all entities and holdings.Design and implement monthly capital reporting dashboards.Track asset-level and consolidated cash flow (historical and forward-looking).Map and monitor leverage across operating businesses, real estate, and specialty assets.Develop liquidity runway and downside stress-test models.Centralize financial data, documentation, and reporting cadence.Track asset allocation versus strategic targets and identify drift.Support investment analysis through risk-adjusted return modeling and scenario analysis.Implement technology to provide real time data and tracking.First 90-Day ObjectivesDeliver a clean, consolidated net worth statement including a statement of cash flows.Complete leverage mapping across all liabilities and maturities.Implement monthly reporting cadence.Build liquidity stress test framework (base, moderate, severe scenarios).Launch executive capital dashboard with real-time visibility.Growth & Future ResponsibilitiesPerformance benchmarking across operating and investment assets.Concentration risk analysis and exposure monitoring.Quarterly leverage and refinancing risk reviews.Estate structure value tracking and coordination with advisors.Special asset operating analysis (aircraft, second homes, etc.).Investment underwriting support and capital allocation modeling.Candidate Profile5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or multi-asset financial oversight.MBA or equivalent analytical training strongly preferred.Advanced financial modeling and multi-asset analysis capability.High ownership mentality with strong execution discipline.Comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving environment.Discretion, integrity, and long-term alignment mindset.J-18808-Ljbffr
