This is a rewarding opportunity for an individual looking to contribute to the smooth operation of both our facilities and transportation services.**Key Responsibilities:****Facilities Maintenance:**Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and functionality of facilities, including restocking supplies and addressing minor repairs.Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for various events and activities within the facility.Monitor and report any facility damages or safety hazards to the appropriate department.Respond promptly to facility-related inquiries from staff and visitors.**Van Driving:**Safely operate company vans to transport employees, clients, or materials to and from designated locations as needed.Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance.Schedule and log all transportation activities, maintaining accurate records of trips and maintenance.**Qualifications:**High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Previous experience in a facilities maintenance role is preferred.Proven ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be at least 26 years old due to insurance requirements.**Working Conditions:**Physical demands may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Flexible work schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, to accommodate transportation and facility needs.Must be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.We offer a competitive salary along with benefits, including healthcare, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
