This role requires a chef who can successfully balance refined culinary execution with high-volume operations, while building a strong kitchen culture and operational infrastructure from the ground up.The ideal candidate is a systems-driven leader with a strong foundation in structured restaurant groups, capable of delivering consistent, high-quality cuisine in a fast-paced environment.Ideal Candidate ProfileBackground in well-regarded, operationally structured restaurant groups known for strong culinary and service standardsExperience leading kitchens with meaningful volume, beyond purely tasting menu environmentsProven ability to oversee food cost, labor management, purchasing, and inventory systemsStrong experience building and maintaining SOPs, kitchen systems, and operational frameworksDemonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development, accountability, and culture buildingCulinary FocusExperience with Mediterranean or Middle Eastern cuisine is highly valued but not required.
