Welder/ Production Manager

Job OverviewAccess Rosin is seeking a hands-on Welder / Production Manager to lead fabrication, oversee production operations, and help scale manufacturing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both working on the floor and managing production workflow.You will be responsible for welding, fabrication, quality control, team coordination, and ensuring production deadlines are met safely and efficiently.This is a leadership role with growth potential as the company continues to expand.ResponsibilitiesWelding & FabricationMIG/TIG welding (steel, aluminum preferred)Fabricate and assemble componentsRead and interpret blueprints and drawingsModify and repair equipment as neededEnsure weld quality and structural integrityProduction ManagementOversee daily production scheduleCoordinate workflow and team assignmentsEnsure deadlines and production targets are metMaintain quality control standardsTrack production output and efficiencyIdentify process improvementsOperations & SafetyMaintain clean and organized work areaEnsure OSHA and safety complianceManage inventory of materials and suppliesAssist with equipment maintenanceTrain and support production staffRequirements3+ years welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred)1+ year production or team leadership experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and fabrication drawingsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to lift 50+ lbsReliable and detail-orientedForklift experience preferred (not required)Preferred QualificationsFabrication shop experienceManufacturing environment experienceEquipment fabrication experienceMechanical aptitudeBenefits:401(k)Employee discountHealth insurance
