Senior Estimator

With a strong foundation built on integrity, quality, and accountability, were shaping the future of infrastructure one project at a time.Key Responsibilities:Lead pursuit teams in preparing and submitting competitive and accurate bid proposalsPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment with an emphasis on structural concrete workApply pragmatic analysis of the overall project execution process to ensure the estimate reflects the efficient execution of the projectAnalyze market conditions, competition and pricing strategiesLead and mentor junior EstimatorsQualifications:Bachelors degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.5+ years of estimating experience.Proficiency in estimating software such as HCSS Heavybid, BlueBeam, AgtekExperience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft ProjectTravel to visit project sites as requiredMust have a valid driver's licenseOur Company is committed to being an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications for all positions equally without regard to their race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, genetic information, among other things, or any other legally protected status.
